After the product is processed and shipped, the order processing time is usually 3 working days, and the delivery time for all orders in the mainland United States is usually 7-14 working days.

About freight：

If your shipping address is in the United States, the goods will be shipped from the factory in China.Free shipping for some products, please refer to the settlement page for specific charges.(Free shipping for ice bath products, including bathtub coolers and ice basins, except for remote areas such as Hawaii; the shipping cost of ice bath accessories will be based on the shipping address.）

If the receiving address is outside the United States, the shipping will be shipped by default, and the specific freight will be displayed on the settlement page.

All goods available for purchase can choose to purchase insurance and transportation insurance (optional, depending on the needs of individual users).

Note: If the consumer cancels the order before the delivery time and within one day after the order is placed, the order can be cancelled.
